Meet Maurice Crosby wins Best Music at the British Documentary Film Festival

I was absolutely delighted to hear that our bravoFACTUAL short documentary 'Meet Maurice Crosby' took home Best Music honours at the British Documentary Film Festival. Duanne Andrews did the score and he was so lovely and intuitive to work with. His carefully thought out music palette reflected the East Coast of Canada and 90 year old Maurice's charming personality, which came through at the time of filming despite his late stages of dementia. Maurice passed away recently, and it truly feels like an honour to have been given the chance to preserve a bit of his life and spirit on film.
